- If you wanted to sell — 1 model or 100 — you needed a table: ₹750 per table, or ₹500/head to share. This covered entry and snacks. Registration and payment had to be completed by 1st March; walk-ins on the day paid ₹1,250 in advance.
- Anything of any scale or make could be sold or traded.
- Non-members not setting up a table paid a ₹300 entry fee.
- Neither table fees nor entry fees were refundable.
- Promotions of any business required prior intimation and a ₹7,500 promo fee, due by 1st March — anyone promoting without paying was asked to leave.
- Every participant was responsible for their own scale models; BMCC was not liable for loss or damage.
- Each participant was solely accountable for their own sale/purchase/trade, purely between the two parties involved. BMCC's Managing Committee would help resolve disputes only if asked.
- All live sales (via Facebook) were strict no-credit — buyers had a small window after hitting "SOLD" to remit payment, or the item went back up.
- Raffles/auctions were for physical attendees only. Raffle items couldn't be pulled before 12:30 PM; auctions were capped at 1 hour per model.
- Checking a collectible's condition was solely the buyer's responsibility — no disputes were entertained after a sale.
- All transactions had to be civil and responsible; offensive behaviour meant instant removal.
- Parking was at each attendee's own risk.
- No outside food or beverages — water, juice and snacks were provided.
- Masks were compulsory on the premises, with sanitiser required at entry.
